Tender opportunities announced for Leyland's Town Deal
Tenders are invited for Leyland Town Deal projects - Town Centre improvements, Leyland Market regeneration and BASE2.
South Ribble Borough Council and the Town Deal Board are excited to invite Tenders to support the progression of the three Leyland Town Deal Projects - Town Centre improvements, Leyland Market regeneration and the BASE2 business hub.
The tender opportunities package all three projects together to ensure a consistent approach across all the developments. The disciplines currently being tendered for are:
- Quantity Surveying and Procurement Services;
- Architect (including planning, fire and acoustics) Services;
- Structural and Drainage;
- Landscape and public realm design;
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
Tender submission deadlines are 18 June 2021 for the Quantity Surveying and Procurement Services and 05 July 2021 for all other opportunities . Details can be found onThe Chest: North West Procurement Portal (the-chest.org.uk)
